如不經常看咖啡的相關內容,可能你城市見到這樣的名字,波本/波旁bourbon,黃波旁yellowbourbon,卡杜拉Caturra,卡杜艾Catuai,鐵皮卡Typica等等,其這些都是阿拉比卡咖啡的分歧品種,不清楚的人可能若干好多有些含混,其實我也不是植物學家或者什麼咖啡專家,所以和巨匠一樣,有點含混,含混不怕,所以去進修,感謝感動萬能的收集爲我們供給了良多的資本,所以查閱了一部門資料,慢慢和巨匠分享。
卡杜拉(Caturra)是阿拉比卡瓢蕪旁(bourbon)的一個自然變種,於1937年在巴西被人們發現,它的樹體沒有波本高峻,加倍矮小。因爲擔任了波本的血統,所以抗鬥勁鬥勁弱,可是產量卻高於波本。雖然發現與巴西,可是卡杜拉卻不適合在巴西發展,所以在巴西並沒有年夜規模栽種,而是在中吶縵憷地域廣爲流行,例如哥倫比亞、哥斯達黎加、尼加拉瓜都年夜面積的栽種卡杜拉。
和這些植物性特徵對比,可能巨匠更關心卡杜拉的味道。卡杜拉種植的地址,海拔越高品質則越高,可是對應的產量也就更少。卡杜拉輕度烘焙時,酸噴香氣較着,整體敞亮,恰當措置下甜度可以默示的很是不錯,可是咖啡醇度與波本對比相對較低,口感的清潔水平有點欠缺。
凡是卡杜拉是紅色的漿不美觀,可是也有極個此外埠域有黃色的卡杜拉,好比夏威夷就栽種有少少的黃色卡杜拉。
