一個咖啡館經營得一直不是很好，營業額平平，不過在之後咖啡館的營銷額得到600%的提升，這是如何做到的?是什麼樣的營銷策略讓它發生如此大的變化?</p>

<p>
第一，跟關聯商家說凡是在你這裏消費滿 100 元就送一百元購物卡和一杯咖啡，當然這個購物卡是咖啡館的購物卡。我們可以跟服裝店、理髮店、電影院、美甲店還可以跟移動、聯通充值店等，都可以合作。這樣已經很多顧客到咖啡館去消費了。</p>
<p>
第二，我們通過短信平臺發給準顧客，短信平臺會提供我們想要的顧客，每發一個 4 分錢費用。短信內容寫，收到此短線到某某咖啡管領取 100 元購物卡跟一杯咖啡。我們花 400元就可以發 1 萬條短信，當然這裏是按概率來的。</p>
<p>
第三，給意見領袖每天可以免費喝一杯咖啡的 VIP 卡(喝咖啡的人很少一個人喝，都喜歡帶人而且這個 VIP 很少看見，所以如果你有這樣的卡你也想告訴朋友，然後來時會帶人來。)</p>
<p>
第四，他們那裏地方媒體每個星期六播放慈善節目，裏面播放需要幫助的孩子們的情況，讓更多的人撥打一次電話就在話費里扣 5 元。然後結合這個，先在店裏面跟顧客說，凡是買一杯咖啡，我們就用你的名義捐 2 元。爲了證明是捐款，在紅布寫上顧客的名字，把這個愛心紅布跟捐款一併給到電視臺。在這樣的慈善節目裏我們每次捐兩千元，可不是錢而是咖啡館的現金券，這樣媒體也會報道，“關愛兒童，送愛心，送健康食品”的理由送產品。</p>
<p>
活動結束後，我們讓這些貧困孩子拿着消費券在我們的咖啡店喝咖啡，然後帶着他們去遊樂園玩，並且讓電視臺全程錄下來，播放到下次的慈善節目中。爲了給捐款的人看到，我們的的確確做實事，而且也爲了品牌效應。</p>
<p>
第五，到大學的籃球場擺放投幣的儲物櫃，儲物櫃最上面一半給其他品牌公司做廣告，收廣告費。一半是打咖啡館的廣告，藉助品牌一起提升知名度。只要來到咖啡管裏都會購的，這裏不存在不成交的問題，只有買多買少的問題。</p>
<p>
那麼通過這些方法之後，相信客流量很增加很多!一般來說增加營業額，主要就是提升客流量、轉化率以及重複購買率!當然，對於咖啡館來說，來了的基本都是消費的!</p>
<p>
所以在增加了客流量之後，又設計了一套增加重複購買率的方案，方案如下：</p>
<p>
第一，一杯是賣 36 元，兩個人也好三個人也好，點完就說如果再加 12 元就免費送一杯，而且這一杯現在喝也行，下次來喝也行，這樣很多人願意多買一杯，顧客這次不喝他會一直惦記他還有一杯咖啡沒喝，所以下次再帶人來。</p>
<p>
第二，來的是情侶，最後點完以後就說要不要來一杯甜言蜜語，很多情侶都會說可以的。</p>
<p>
第三，抽獎。一等獎 6 天五夜的麗江、大理旅遊(跟旅行社合作費用不高)，二等獎是筆記本電腦，三等獎是 100 元消費券。抽獎是改天領取的，所以我們跟大部分說中獎了，可惜中了三等獎，這樣就很多老顧客再次光臨了。當然，一個月(時間自定)必須要有抽出一等獎和二等獎，而且把抽獎的人的照片掛着牆壁上，爲了口碑傳開。</p>
<p>
第四，鎖銷。辦理會員卡，188 元。辦卡消費打八折，後續消費也是八折，再送一次美甲服務，如果是男的用不着肯定送給女性朋友，這樣下次還會再來。或再送 100 元現金券(3 天有效，每次用 10 元)，所以他會送給別人。</p>
<p>
第五，追銷部分按任務，完成任務給服務員提成，讓服務員更加有動力。</p>
<p>
轉介紹系統：凡是辦理會員的，以他們的名義送給兩個朋友一杯咖啡，一個蛋糕，一張賀卡。如果兩個朋友再買同樣的套餐(一杯咖啡，一個蛋糕)贈給朋友，再送 8 折的打折卡。同樣的方法再要求他們送給其他 2 個朋友。</p>
<p>
就這樣，朋友的咖啡館現在生意好了很多，如今一個月的生意是之前的600%還多!</p>
