<span style="font-size:16px;">在讀書的時候,手邊剛好有一杯味道契合作品氣質或是閱讀感受的咖啡會是怎樣一種體驗?最近,日本電器股份有限公司 NEC 就藉助人工智能,聯合咖啡品牌 YANAKA 推出了一套“可以喝的文庫本”(飲める文庫)。NEC 的數據工程師爲人工智能導入了一萬多本文學作品的讀後感,再將不同的屬性與咖啡的口感一一對應,比如悲傷和開心就與苦味和甜味對應。第一批文庫咖啡由六本構成,將從 10 月 27 日開始在 YANAKA 咖啡店限量發售,其中包括太宰治的《人間失格》以及夏目漱石的《三四郎》、《心》、《我是貓》。除了 950 日元的袋裝之外,還有做成文庫本禮盒,售價爲 2340 日元。</span></p>

<span style="font-size:16px;">這裏NEC用到了“人工智能”作幫手。數據工程師們會收集相關文學作品的評論,大約超過1萬條,數據通過NEC Advanced Analytics-RAPID機器學習的軟件,搭建分析模型。最後,評論將轉化爲口味指標雷達圖,再由yanaka依據咖啡口味數據,承擔咖啡豆的調製任務。</span></p>

<span style="font-size:16px;">或許你會想,評論如何對應咖啡豆的口味?事實上,NEC是想抓住味蕾與情緒間的聯繫,在這方面做些文章。正如我們時常以“酸甜苦辣”作比,人生起伏和相生相隨的情緒變化,NEC對應設想的是,類似評論提到,結局悲傷,咖啡相應的滋味就更偏苦澀;當你沉浸享受書本之樂,咖啡則對應爲,飲後纏留脣齒間的回味體驗。</span></p>

<span style="font-size:16px;">話說回來,咖啡、文學作品與人工智能這般跨界“碰撞”,雖說難見得真能從咖啡裏喝出特別感受,更像是用“故事”去包裝原有的各種口感的咖啡豆,但日本公司的微創意應該還是能帶來些別樣的體驗,畢竟咖啡豆品種繁多,味道難用言語描述,如果你恰好讀過某本書,知悉書中情節和它激盪在你心中的感受,咖啡豆的口味得以具化,這樣你是不是更傾向選擇它呢?</span></p>

<span style="font-size:16px;">在人工智能與味蕾的連接方面,近期我們還發現了AI釀酒的應用。Intelligent Layer公司聯合牛津機器學習專家創造出了名爲IntelligentX的AI啤酒品牌,與NEC利用現有書籍的評論數據有差異,IntelligentX依靠飲酒者提供的反饋信息,優化算法,生成新的更符合飲酒者偏好的釀酒方案。</span></p>

<span style="font-size:16px;">比如,你買了IntelligentX的淡啤,然後進入酒瓶上印着的網絡鏈接,跳轉至Facebook Messenger應用與該聊天機器人對話,後者通過問題了解你對啤酒的喜好,如接受啤酒花香氣的程度等;還會問到你對現在喝的這瓶啤酒品質的看法……收集的數據將用來改善相應啤酒的釀造方案。</span></p>
<p>
<span style="font-size:16px;">機器釀酒還有點好處是,它們相比人類通常的做法會更“大膽”。IntelligentX的人工智能算法中加入了1000個“通配符”成分,如葡萄柚,AI從中隨機選一種添加至釀酒方案中,以此保持方案的獨特和創新性。當然,並非所有飲酒者的建議都值得參考,釀酒廠還是會做最後把關,篩選人工智能系統給出的方案。</span></p>

<span style="font-size:16px;">現在已經有一系列IntelligentX啤酒,包括Black AI、Golden AI、Pale AI和Amber AI,在倫敦酒吧和商店銷售。</span></p>

<span style="font-size:16px;">儘管我們目前說到AI更多還是弱人工智能,講述AI有關的商業故事,難逃意圖吸睛的嫌疑,實際應用可行性見仁見智。但某種程度來說,技術進步引發人們對微創新或跨界的思索與探究,恐怕存在更爲重要的意義價值。</span></p>
