<strong> 咖啡物語</strong></p>
<p>
世界上大多數的國家只盛產一種咖啡豆，而厄瓜多爾卻是世界上少數同時可以生產阿拉比卡咖啡豆和羅布斯塔咖啡豆兩種咖啡豆的國家之一。由厄瓜多爾駐廣州領事館主辦的厄瓜多爾咖啡品鑑會近日在廣東省博物館內的藝外咖啡廳舉行。</p>
<p>
<strong> 有機豆 花果、焦糖香撲鼻</strong></p>
<p>
據厄瓜多爾駐廣州總領事館總領事馬蓮娜女士介紹，厄瓜多爾地處南美，赤道線從該國穿過，因此又被稱爲“赤道之國”，其優越的地理位置、肥沃的土壤和特殊的氣候條件爲咖啡豆種植創造了優越的自然環境。</p>
<p>
厄瓜多爾的加拉帕戈斯羣島上所產咖啡豆爲有機咖啡豆，這得益於火山土壤、微型氣候等得天獨厚的生態環境，加上其不使用任何化肥和殺蟲劑，被公認爲天然綠色的精品咖啡，這種天然生長的咖啡口感溫和、帶有淡淡的花果香和焦糖香。據瞭解，加拉帕戈斯羣島距離厄瓜多爾本土大陸大約有1000公里，位於東太平洋和三大洋流的交匯處。1978年,加拉帕戈斯羣島被聯合國教科文組織宣佈爲“世界自然遺產”。該羣島被稱爲“活的生物進化博物館”和“海洋生物的大熔爐”，達爾文的《進化論》靈感就來自加拉帕戈斯羣島。</p>
<p>
<strong> 高山豆加入玫瑰 如此驚豔</strong></p>
<p>
2014年厄瓜多爾咖啡大賽冠軍維尼索先生告訴記者，在厄瓜多爾咖啡中，有的是用厄瓜多爾高山咖啡豆製作的濃縮咖啡，這種咖啡產自大約海拔1000~2000米的山區，口感醇厚，帶有水果、青草和巧克力的芳香和甜味;有的是在此濃縮咖啡基礎上加上產自亞馬遜河流域的薄荷草;有的則在濃縮咖啡中加上被稱爲“玫瑰中的勞斯萊斯”的厄瓜多爾玫瑰花瓣，口味驚豔。</p>
<p>
厄瓜多爾駐廣州總領事館馬蓮娜女士表示，現已有廣東的咖啡買家前往厄瓜多爾採購咖啡豆，廣州的咖啡愛好者很快就可以在街頭巷尾的咖啡館品嚐到芳香四溢的厄瓜多爾咖啡。</p>
