拿鐵,由於其牛奶含量較卡布奇諾來說更高,咖啡的味道就愈加的被稀釋,奶味也更加之重.那些非常厭惡咖啡苦味的小夥伴們,你們不妨從拿鐵開始,從最稀的咖啡裏,找找咖啡除了苦味以外其他的微妙風味.
卡布奇諾呢,牛奶含量少,且一大部分是細膩的奶泡,它的咖啡味道自然會濃郁許多,加上厚厚的細膩奶泡,喝一杯正宗的卡布奇諾就像是一頭栽進柔軟的席夢思裏.口感厚重細膩,帶有更重的咖啡味道.更喜歡濃一些咖啡的同學們,在拿鐵與卡布奇諾之間,我安利給你們卡布奇諾.
各位小夥伴們無論是在星巴克這種大連鎖,還是在小的精品咖啡館,請儘量都不要再往拿鐵或卡布裏面加糖,或者至少在你加糖之前嘗一下真正的咖啡是什麼味道.無數咖啡專家一致認同,糖是咖啡原味的殺手.本就已經被牛奶稀釋多倍的咖啡飲品,再加上一包包白糖黃糖?

業內人士將拿鐵這一類加了牛奶的咖啡稱爲奶咖或奶基咖啡.從專業角度來看,這些奶基咖啡的研究價值並沒有黑咖啡高.做咖啡研究的,一定是研究純咖啡的,而本不該研究純咖啡+牛奶,在挑剔的專家眼裏,奶咖應該叫做咖啡飲品.
