	　　半自動咖啡機，俗稱搬把子機，是意大利傳統的咖啡機。這種機器依靠人工操作磨粉、壓粉、裝粉、沖泡、人工清除殘渣。這類機器有小型單龍頭家用機，也有雙龍頭、三龍頭大型商用機等，較新型的機器還裝有電子水量控制，可以精確自動控制釀製咖啡的水量。</p>
