	　　雲南發展高原特色農業有着得天獨厚的優勢，爲了更好地儲備人才資源，近年來雲南高校也通過開設特色農業專業，吸納人才。之前雲南師範大學開設&ldquo;馬鈴薯學院&rdquo;吸引了不少關注，如今雲南農業大學正式申報&ldquo;咖啡與咖啡工程&rdquo;。</div>

	　　據介紹，目前國內尚無能完全對接咖啡產業人才培養的高校本科專業，只有相關的農學、食品工程、農林經濟管理類專業，難以滿足產業對人才的需求。雲南農業大學申請增設&ldquo;咖啡與咖啡工程&rdquo;本科專業，主要依託於該校熱帶作物學院。該學院與雀巢（中國）公司、臨滄凌豐咖啡產業發展有限公司、雲南愛伲農牧（集團）有限公司、雲南省農業科學院熱帶亞熱帶經濟作物研究所等行業企業深度合作，構建了較爲完整的實踐教學體系，初步建立&ldquo;產、學、研&rdquo;協同育人的人才培養模式，具有開辦咖啡與咖啡工程專業的基本條件。在雲南農業大學增設咖啡與咖啡工程專業將會增加學科內涵，突出特色，體現專業適應產業發展的要求。</div>

	　　據悉，目前該校已經對申請新增的專業進行公示，除&ldquo;咖啡與咖啡工程&rdquo;專業外，還將申請新增環境設計，自然地理與資源環境兩個專業。經過申報、公示，教育部審批通過後，明年就可以招生。</div>

	　　從雲南農大咖啡與咖啡工程專業申報表的內容可以看到，此次雲南農大申報的咖啡與咖啡工程專業，招生對象爲高中畢業生、專升本，修業年限標準學制爲4年，授予學位爲農學學士或工學學士。</div>

	　　該專業的培養目標爲適應咖啡栽培與加工、咖啡產品開發、咖啡審評與檢驗、咖啡企業經營與管理、咖啡文化發展等咖啡產業鏈上對應的崗位（或崗位羣）所需要的理論與實踐能力。</div>

	　　未來這些學生要學什麼呢？從申請表中可以看到，必修課程包括植物學、農業氣象、作物遺傳育種、植物保護等專業基礎課，咖啡概論、咖啡審評與檢驗、咖啡貿易等專業核心課，開發栽培與初加工技術、咖啡產品開發、咖啡調配技術、咖啡廳經營與管理等職業崗位課程，以及頂崗實習、職業崗位技能強化訓練等專業實踐課。</div>

	　　對於未來的就業情況，學校分析指出，本專業學生通過四年的理論學習與實踐鍛鍊，能在咖啡生產、技術推廣、咖啡產品開發和文化發展部門、國營、私營及各種股份公司，從事咖啡栽培與加工、咖啡審評與檢驗、咖啡產品開發、咖啡企業經營與管理、產品銷售和咖啡文化發展相關管理和服務，可在酒店、餐廳、咖啡廳等從事相關工作，亦可自主創業或從事相關工作。</div>
