	　　美國知名營養師克里斯汀&#8231;柯爾派翠克（Kristin Kirkpatrick）與胃腸肝膽科醫師易普欣&#8231;漢諾納（Ibrahim Hanouneh）在共同著作《28天消除脂肪肝》一書中提到，研究發現，喝咖啡能降低罹患第二型糖尿病、心臟病、中風、膽結石和巴金森氏症等疾病的風險，而且還可以全面降低早亡的機會。</div>

	　　不僅如此，根據美國國家健康和營養調查（NHANES）連續執行了4個週期的報告顯示，咖啡因的攝取量多寡，確實和降低非酒精性脂肪肝的風險有相關性（該報告由美國疾病控制與預防中心的國家衛生統計中心〔National Center for Health tatistics，NCHS〕以問卷的方式進行飲食攝取量的調查）。</div>

	　　此外，在2005年時，日本的研究人員在分析了2場前瞻性世代研究（prospective cohort study）的成果後更發現，咖啡的攝取量和肝癌的得病率呈反比：與不喝咖啡的人相比，每天喝1到2杯咖啡者，其罹患肝癌的風險降低了42％。且不論是飲用黑咖啡或是拿鐵，都可以獲得這方面的好處。</div>

	　　訣竅1：民衆在沖泡咖啡時，最好要有過濾這道手續，因爲這個動作可以濾除咖啡中大部分的咖啡固醇（cafestol）和咖啡白脂（kahweol）；這是2種會讓血中膽固醇含量上升的油性物質。</div>
