俗話說贈人玫瑰，手留餘香，而每個女孩兒的心底都有一個開花店的夢想。太原市親賢北街的一間工作室裏，就隱匿着這樣一位性格灑脫的90後摩羯座女孩兒，利用自己獨特的創意美感，把鮮花和咖啡當成了自己創業的起點。不同的是，在3年的創業生活裏，她已經尋找到屬於這個傳統商業模式中的全新領域。<br />
5月21日，記者見到還在鮮花叢中忙碌的青貓(化名)，以及她剛剛爲客人們準備的幾份花藝手作咖啡。乍看之下，這些盛放咖啡的杯碟各有不同，每一個碟子上都放有一枝包裝精美的鮮花，而在豐富的泡沫上還漂浮着不同種類的小朵鮮花。嘗一口在嘴裏，味道居然也是各有不同。<br />
青貓說，調製的每一杯咖啡，從口味到鮮花設計，都是根據客人的不同心情現場製作的。<br />
與人們印象中那些同類經營者不同，青貓自詡是個朋克少女，而之所以想到創業，就是覺得“人活一世，必須要給自己留下點值得回憶和驕傲的東西，但我又不想做的跟別人一樣，所以就在自己擅長的咖啡和鮮花之間動起了心思，想看看能不能做出自己的品牌。”<br />
經過近一個月的嘗試和市場調研，花藝手作咖啡成爲青貓品牌“Art of Miss Flower”的王牌產品。簡單來說，就是在客人點單之前先和客人攀談幾句，瞭解清楚客人當時的心情狀態，再爲客人制作相應的花藝手作咖啡，特別是咖啡豆和花材的選擇既要口感搭配，外觀看起來也要契合客人當天的心情。<br />
既然選擇了一條全新的創業之路，在客戶的定位上就需要做到精準，薄利多銷固然是一種商業運作的方式，但在這個90後女孩眼中，服務小衆也未必不能獲取成功。<br />
每一份花藝的搭配都要爲客戶提供獨一無二的服務感受，所以對每個月湧來的訂單，青貓都會主動進行調控，不會接很多訂單，有時候還會拒絕一些，“訂單量基本穩定在50個左右，我不是爲了賺多少錢才創業的，我是爲懂得享受生活的人去服務的。所以對於花材品質、包裝搭配，我是需要根據客戶量身設計，即使有時候會慢一點，但客戶羣體的高端品質還是可以保證的。”</p>
