1. 1/3處選點注入,咖啡杯傾斜10-15度,先提高拉花缸10釐米左右倒入奶泡以刺破油脂。</p>
<p>
2. 降低拉花缸可把拉花缸口緊貼咖啡杯口,保持流量左右搖晃,搖晃時控制拉花流速以Z字形晃動距離爲左右1cm爲宜形成奶泡層次感。</p>
<p>
3. 這時隨着拉花缸繼續晃動心形會不斷增大,注意這時保持住奶泡流量。(晃動時拉花缸千萬不要往後退,這時油脂會自動形成圓形狀)。</p>
<p>
4. 隨着杯中奶泡的增多,注入時慢慢放平杯子,拉花缸左右搖晃的目的是爲了增加心形的層次感,左右晃動次數越多分層也就越多我們的拉花就越漂亮</p>
<p>
5. 當杯中牛奶注入到8分滿時,這時放平咖啡杯,準備提高拉花缸,並同時減少奶泡注入量。</p>
<p>
6. 快9分滿時以小流量提高拉花缸,並且這時注入點爲心形的中心點。</p>
<p>
7. .提高拉花缸並減少牛奶的流速和量。</p>
<p>
8. .奶泡以小流量從中心線收至杯尾,一杯標準的卡布基諾咖啡必須使咖啡液高出杯口0.5釐米左右,使其滿而不溢。</p>
<p>
9. .這時你會發現奶泡在咖啡杯中的厚度爲1-1.5釐米。恭喜一杯完美的卡布基諾咖啡的心形拉花完成。</p>
