迷思1、義式濃縮咖啡（Espresso）的咖啡因比較高？</div>

義式濃縮咖啡的風味醇厚，因此容易讓人誤以爲它的咖啡因含量很高，但事實上未必如此。</div>

<div>
一般來說，淺烘焙的咖啡豆，及長時間萃取的咖啡，都會使咖啡因的含量比較高。因此，利用“濾滴方法”煮咖啡，萃取時間比較長，咖啡因反而比用高壓短時間萃取的義式咖啡來得高。</div>

若拿星巴克咖啡所列出各種咖啡飲料的咖啡因標示來看，加了一份義式濃縮咖啡的卡布奇諾，約有75毫克咖啡因，而同樣中杯的美式咖啡則有150毫克咖啡因，相當於義式咖啡的一倍，至於咖啡因含量最高的則是以濾滴方法煮成的每日精選咖啡，一中杯就有大約240毫克咖啡因。</div>

迷思2、喝咖啡會心悸的人，就完全不能碰咖啡</div>

先確定是不是本身有心律不整、心血管疾病、胃腸道疾病等問題，須接受醫生指示再看能不能喝咖啡。</div>

經營咖啡店多年的黃世丕說，如果身體健康的人喝了咖啡卻心悸，可能是喝到咖啡因含量太高的劣質咖啡豆煮成的咖啡，“建議換咖啡豆再試試看，或不要喝濾滴方法煮成的咖啡。”</div>

迷思3、喝黑咖啡比較傷胃？</div>

雖然咖啡達人大多認爲喝黑咖啡最能品嚐咖啡的美，因此不建議加糖或加奶來掩蓋咖啡原有的風味，不過有些人卻認爲喝黑咖啡容易傷胃。</div>

國泰醫院胃腸科主治醫師洪志聖澄清說，有人喝了咖啡覺得胃腸不舒服，主要是受咖啡因影響，像是咖啡因刺激了食道下端的擴約肌，使它比較鬆弛，進而引起“胃食道逆流”，或者咖啡因引起大量胃酸分泌，造成不適。</div>

“罪魁禍首是咖啡因，所以和有沒有加牛奶無關，而有些人喝了牛奶反而不適症狀更嚴重，”洪志聖說。</div>

因此，患消化道疾病的人，例如胃潰瘍、十二指腸潰瘍，或是每次喝咖啡就大量冒出胃酸的人，還是避開咖啡吧！</div>

迷思4、喝咖啡會導致骨質疏鬆？</div>

咖啡因一直被認爲是引起骨質疏鬆症的危險因子之一。曾有報告指出，咖啡因會增加尿液中鈣質排出。不過從流行病學資料來看，發現20～50歲的年輕女性適量攝取咖啡因（大約每天攝取咖啡因400毫克以內）和骨質流失及骨折並無相關。但是比較年長（50歲以上）、停經後的女性則需要更小心飲用咖啡，半數以上研究顯示，咖啡因攝取量和50歲以上女性的骨質密度有關係。</div>

女性一天喝多少杯咖啡才容易造成骨質疏鬆症？由比較近期的一個3170人蔘與，平均年齡50～84歲女性的研究指出，如果每天飲用超過兩單位的咖啡因飲料（一單位等於一杯咖啡或兩杯茶），臀部骨折的危險性增加69％。因此建議50歲以上女性最好減少咖啡因攝取，若真想喝咖啡，一天不宜超過2杯。</div>

咖啡最麻吉的伴侶</div>

有人喝不慣黑咖啡，總要加點糖，再淋上奶油球，中和一下咖啡的苦味。</div>

其實咖啡本身的熱量很低，約在20卡以下，也幾乎無脂肪，但加了奶精、奶油球之後，不但額外增加熱量及油脂，而且還是威脅心血管健康的可怕殺手“反式脂肪”。所以營養師強烈建議捨棄奶精、奶油（鮮奶）球，改添加低脂牛奶，比較健康。</div>

而習慣在咖啡裏放糖的人也有健康一點的選擇，例如熱量相對比較低的海藻糖，或是請店家提供你幾乎沒有熱量的代糖。</div>

咖啡+黑巧克力=很法國</div>

研究巧克力還出書的美食作家謝忠道則推薦喝咖啡配黑巧克力。“意大利式沖泡的濃縮咖啡濃烈強悍，和可可含量55％以上的特級苦味黑巧克力搭配，簡直是一對硬漢式的哥倆好，撼力十足而餘味悠長，讓人久久難以回神，”他如此形容。而在巴黎，點一杯咖啡經常奉送一片黑巧克力一起享用，是一種非常巴黎式的品法。</div>
