			我之前用的是Bonavita手衝滴漏咖啡機，由於生活中還需要一臺滴漏咖啡機又想換一個牌子，於是就買了德龍家的東西。德龍的血統是意大利的，造成了外包裝基本上都是英文的，並且沒有中文解釋，好多都是需要用翻譯軟件纔可以瞭解，並且還贈送了一包已經磨好的咖啡。</div>

			拆開箱子就只有<a href="https://www.gafei.com/diloushikafeihu/20180115115019.html">滴漏式咖啡機</a>和使用說明書，幸虧說明書是中文的，要不然我就想退貨的衝動，買了個國標的還給我弄些英文來，害怕在運輸過程中機器活動而受到損壞，用紙片加以固定。</div>

			德龍家用大容量<a href="https://www.gafei.com/diloushikafeihu/20180115115019.html">滴漏式咖啡機</a>的絕大部分材質都是塑料的，中間以及頂蓋用的則是金屬的，在中間用用以音色金屬條裝飾，在其正中間是德龍的logo圖案，主要分爲2個部分，一個就是水壺，另外以及個就是滴漏裝置。大小高度有260mm，絲毫不佔用太大空間，與家裝風格絕對是百搭。</div>

			後部就是水箱，最大容量爲650ml，一次可以製作5杯左右咖啡，不僅可以獨享生活的愜意，也能和大家一起分享自己的成果，並且水箱是半透明的在其上邊有著水位指示刻度，方便計量咖啡製作杯數，因爲咖啡的風味不僅是與豆子有關，還與水量有著緊密的聯繫。</div>

			水壺也是650ml大容量玻璃壺壺身上有著刻度線，採用安全玻璃材質，耐高溫，在其做工上沒有瑕疵，壺蓋上有一凸出圓孔是咖啡液的進水口，有防滴漏功能，即使在滴漏過程中也不會有液體流出</div>

			壺蓋採用按壓方式。</div>

			首次打開底部會有一個說明紙片其使用方法，半弧形就是水箱部分，圓形則是過濾器，跟Bonavita相比德龍的過濾器不用濾紙可以把咖啡粉直接加在過濾器中就可以，中間可以活動的就是噴嘴，把水加熱就是通過它加入過濾器中的。</div>

			過濾器是可以拆卸的，在使用過後拆卸下來直接用水清洗就可以，不由於過濾器是白色的加之咖啡渣本身有顏色，會造成過濾器上的顏色清洗不下來。</div>

			滴漏裝置底部出水口與壺蓋的進水口結合就會出現液體漏出。</div>

			三、使用</div>

			對於經常喝咖啡的人來說，一定要保證豆子的新鮮度纔行，時間久了咖啡豆的風味就是喪失。尤其是在買豆子的時候最好買成品豆，不要磨好的，磨成粉之後風味的流逝會跟快，在網上買個磨豆機就可以，我用的磨豆機是小飛馬牌的，對於滴漏來說我一般會控制在3-4中間就可以了。</div>

			將磨好的咖啡粉倒入過濾器中，並用手碰幾下使得粉均勻鋪平，使得熱水均勻分佈，更有利於激發咖啡的風味，我一般粉與水的配比爲1:13，如果使用手衝的話，要先用少量的開水燜蒸咖啡粉。</div>

			在使用的過程中由於噴嘴在噴水的時會移動，而頂蓋有沒有固定裝置，我也只能拿東西給他絆住纔行。</div>

			咖啡的風味與溫度也是密切相關的，在滴漏裝置底盤是由持續保溫功能的，能夠持續保溫40分鐘左右，即使在寒冷的冬天也能喝一杯熱騰騰的咖啡。</div>

			使用過程中噴嘴的工作模式，水流不是均勻流出，而是一股一股的噴出來，對此感覺不是太好，還有就是噴的力度有點大，會造成水滴向外濺出。四、總結</div>
