	　 &nbsp; &nbsp; 在西安大華1935充滿文化氛圍和工業歷史感的藝術園區裏，有一家名爲&ldquo;綠驢&rdquo;的咖啡館，不同於多數咖啡館的小資情調，這裏有酒有故事，有花有詩歌，還有一名不同尋常的創業者。昨日，記者走進綠驢咖啡館，聆聽發生在這裏的創業故事。</p>

	　　<strong>&ldquo;銷售&rdquo;快樂 &ldquo;販賣&rdquo;陽光</strong></p>
<p>
	<strong>　　創造城市慢生活</strong></p>
<p>
	　　&ldquo;驢老闆&rdquo;名爲堅春天，出生於1984年，老家在甘肅天水，大學畢業於河南焦作大學，2012年來西安，在國企工作過，也做過珠寶文案、開過大排檔、擺過地攤，如今，他是綠驢咖啡館的老闆。</p>
<p>
	　　爲什麼說他不同尋常呢？因爲除了咖啡館老闆的身份外，堅春天還是一個公益人，慰藉過罕見病小朋友，也溫暖過大山裏的孩子，同時他還是一名繪畫和攝影愛好者。</p>
<p>
	　　堅春天告訴記者，綠驢想做的第一件事當然就是掙錢，而第二件事，是希望綠驢能夠成爲一家有趣的存在。&ldquo;在綠驢，我想賣的產品不僅是咖啡、冰淇淋，還有音樂、快樂、故事和坐在門口的一束陽光&hellip;&hellip;&rdquo;</p>
<p>
	　<strong>　公益與商業的&ldquo;加法&rdquo;</strong></p>
<p>
	<strong>　　換來雙方效應的&ldquo;乘法&rdquo;</strong></p>
<p>
	　　綠驢有一個公益傳遞項目&mdash;&mdash;用玩具交換冰淇淋，這也是綠驢想做的第三件事，愛和幫助。&ldquo;城市裏的孩子有很多玩具，通常玩一段時間就被閒置在一旁無人問津，一件舊玩具可以在店裏換一杯冰淇淋，我們再把這些舊玩具送給那些買不起玩具的小朋友們。&rdquo;堅春天說，目前他們已經送出去了2批玩具，送出去之前，會對玩具進行清洗、消毒。</p>
<p>
	　　這個點子來源於去年6月，那會兒綠驢還沒有&ldquo;出生&rdquo;，堅春天擺着攤，用冰箱賣冰淇淋。一個小男孩用一個藍色的氣球換走了一個可口的冰淇淋，這是他第一次用冰淇淋交換玩具。開店以後，堅春天靈機一動，又想出了一個點子：撿20個菸頭可以來換一杯冰淇淋。堅春天表示，通過這種方式，不僅能讓孩子們喫到了免費的冰淇淋，還讓他們通過撿菸頭體會到了自己的勞動價值。</p>
<p>
	　　在綠驢二樓還有一間小小的工作室，一週一期舉辦各類講座。比如：&ldquo;驢老闆&rdquo;手把手教你如何用手機拍照，又或者是請店裏的顧客教大家寫書法。堅春天希望能夠通過公益與商業的結合，讓不瞭解公益的人瞭解公益，讓公益變得更有意思更好玩。</p>

	<strong>不尋常的咖啡館</strong></p>

	<strong>　　顧客的&ldquo;朋友圈&rdquo;</strong></p>

	　　同大多數創業者一樣，堅春天在創業初期也面臨着資金壓力。&ldquo;沒有錢就跟朋友借，世界最不缺的是想法，想法的落地實施纔是一切的開始。&rdquo;牆上的彩繪、凳子的噴漆、用具的採購等，店鋪裏大大小小的事都是他親力親爲。</p>
<p>
	　　&ldquo;綠驢跟品牌咖啡館的裝修可能沒法比，但在這裏，面帶微笑遞你一杯檸檬水的男招待，他可能是個婦產科醫生，爲你端咖啡的也可能是一位警察，大華的保潔阿姨也會時不時來這裏坐坐。&rdquo;堅春天告訴記者，朋友經常利用閒暇時間自發趕來幫忙，報酬就是一杯咖啡或者冰淇淋。&ldquo;我對於綠驢沒有定義，全由顧客來定義，可以是客廳、是書房，也可以是一個朋友圈。希望綠驢能夠讓生活在城市裏的人們放慢腳步，感受生活的樂趣。&rdquo;</p>

	　　採訪過程中，來往的顧客不時與堅春天友善地打着招呼，大多數人儼然都已成爲這裏的熟客。堅春天告訴記者，有些老顧客常常會買束花放那就走了，或者路過時，進來打個招呼喝杯水就走了，一切都是很自然的狀態，不是刻意爲之。</p>

	　　<strong>輸送正能量</strong></p>

	<strong>　　讓生活也有&ldquo;詩和遠方&rdquo;</strong></p>

	　　&ldquo;綠驢的場地過去是棉紡廠的分氣缸室，許多管道從這裏運輸能量；現在，我們特意把綠驢的店址設置在這裏，繼續爲大華不斷運輸正能量。&rdquo;西安曲江大華文化商業管理有限公司董事長兼總經理胡楊告訴記者，對於綠驢這種創業初期的創業者，大華給予他們房租扣點的優惠政策，前期收入少，房租就按綠驢營業額的百分比結算，給創業者一個緩衝期，減輕壓力。同時，還爲創業者提供場地、保潔等配套服務，便於他們更好地發展。</p>
<p>
	　　他告訴記者，之所以選擇西安創業，一是因爲喜歡這裏悠久的歷史文化；二是喜歡西安的地理位置，交通便利；三是西安對創業者支持力度很大，夢想在這裏可以成爲現實。他說：&ldquo;未來，還想開一家麪館，讓顧客用詩歌來埋單，讓生活裏也充滿&lsquo;詩和遠方&rsquo;。&rdquo;</p>
