<p>
無人商店、淘咖啡等新零售業態近期刷爆朋友圈，引起了廣泛關注。嫁接了人工智能技術之後，無人超市的高調在資本市場頻頻唱響，更有甚者認爲無人超市將會革了傳統便利店的命，但迴歸到線下的購物場景，無人超市真有那麼美?</p>
<p>
比起傳統零售商店空間大、備貨多、人工服務操作較慢，無人便利店具有小空間、低庫存、方便快捷等特點。以無人便利店老大Amazon Go爲例，進門掃碼後，後臺系統通過3D攝像頭把人體特徵值與賬戶ID進行綁定，對取貨的動作視頻進行智能分析——通過深度學習正確辨識人類取放商品的動作細節——來實時更新虛擬購物車，出門後自動支付。不難看出無人便利店是在智能技術發展的基礎上，建立在商家對消費者信任的前提下推出的一種科技感十足的便利店。</p>
<p>
對於需要隨時購買快消品的住宅、景區、辦公區、學校等地來說，無需排隊，體驗暢快、即刻購買的無人零售具有很大市場。</p>

而對於商家來說，無人便利店同樣具有解放勞動力，減少人力成本，節約庫存空間的特點，更爲重要的是，無人零售是需要與線上ID進行綁定的，商家可以有效收集用戶信息，從而佈局精準營銷。</p>
<p>
利用人工智能、人臉識別等技術解決了便利店和超市的銷售、結賬環節，乍一看，新鮮好玩，像是消費升級乾的事情。然而，細心揣摩，當前新開業的幾家無人便利店的模式和商品，實際上接近早已風行的無人售貨機，並非新鮮之物。</p>
<p>
“最近關於無便利店的討論甚囂塵上，目前來看，大部分無人店的提出者還是以吸引資本關注爲主要訴求點，無人店的概念多少有些噱頭的意味。”中國連鎖經營協會副祕書長王洪濤表示。</p>
<p>
拿這幾天刷屏的杭州無人超市來看，採用的是視覺傳感器、壓力傳感器以及物聯網支付等技術。其中，關鍵就在於爲每件商品添加了RFID(俗稱電子標籤)標籤，這種非接觸式的自動識別技術。它通過射頻信號自動識別目標對象並獲取相關數據，識別工作無須人工干預，可工作於各種惡劣環境。</p>
<p>
不過，這種RFID標籤本身也存在無法克服的問題。比如，無法識別玻璃等特殊材質的商品。如果標籤被緊緊捏住，則將不被識別到。</p>
<p>
上海首家無人超市“繽果盒子”開張以來一波三折。先是上週空調故障導致歇業，本週四重開後又因涉嫌違建遭城管上門調查。無人便利店不是敗在毀壞管理等問題上，而是敗給了上海的高溫：全封閉的便利店，在高溫下室內溫度高達40，貨架上的食物有融化跡象。不得已，無人便利店門外掛上了“暫時停運”的告示。</p>
<p>
創新與試錯同行，未來的風聲清晰可聞，還有很長一段路需要走。無論是無人超市還是共享經濟，新經濟業態在中國的發展仍需要接受考驗。</p>
<p>
無人零售，打破了線上線下的隔閡，消費體驗不斷升級，消費方式不斷變化。隨着技術的進步，新的商業模式和場景在不斷融合變革，無人超市可以說帶給我們一個顛覆傳統購物場景的購物體驗，但受制於多方因素的制約，這種先進的購物理念是否會成爲新趨勢，是否會代替傳統的零售模式，還有待時間檢驗。</p>
